II. Based on the above information, Topum will design a solution for the inquirer.

III. After receiving the design solution from Topum, the inquirer shall design the die structure drawing and send it back to Topum for confirmation.

IV. The optimal in-die tapping solution will then be determined.

V. Once both parties confirm the optimal solution, the inquirer places an order → After Topum receives the order, the inquirer begins modifying or developing a new die, while Topum starts producing the tapping machine.

VI. After the inquirer completes the die modification and produces tapped products through self-installation and commissioning, Topum shall be notified.

VII. Topum delivers the machine, performs installation and commissioning, produces qualified products on a trial basis, and trains the relevant operation and management personnel of the inquirer.
